Solution
Losee Consulting has supported the WDIP Preliminary Business Case (PBC) as part of a broader consultant team, contributing to business case development in line with the Queensland Treasury framework. Working collaboratively with Seqwater and delivery partners, Losee has supported sustainability and environmental assessment activities as the project progress toward procurement.
Integral to the PBC, Losee Consulting facilitated a workshop with key internal stakeholders to assess materiality of the sustainability principles and to assess the performance of the proposal against each principle. The process adopted weighted the sustainability scoring based on the materiality analysis and generated an overall indication of sustainability performance for the investment proposal.
Seqwater anticipates approval of the PBC and progression of the project through to Detailed Business Case.
