The Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) administers the Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) rating scheme. One feature distinguishing its scheme is the independent verification of all ratings. Each submission is scrutinised by industry experts appointed through the ISC Verifier Panel. Verifiers are knowledgeable across the diverse range of ‘credits’ and make considered decisions that will be supported by stakeholders.

Scott Losee is a member of this small group of verifiers. Scott has been a verifier since the scheme’s inception and was the lead verifier for the first ever certified rating, the Whitsunday Sewage Treatment Plant. Scott is an active verifier, and has verified numerous Design and As Built ratings, as well as Operations and Planning ratings. ISC now has over $80 billion in capital value of infrastructure registered to receive ratings.

Scott is a founder and former Director of ISC (then AGIC and ISCA) and current chair of ISC’s Technical Advisory Panel.
