Scott Losee, Director

Scott leads the application of sustainability to large projects and organisations. His specialties include sustainability strategy and communication, climate change adaptation, resource management and environmental policy. Scott has held senior executive roles in the private and public sectors. His achievements include helping create ISCA, verifying over 50 ISCA ratings and getting CNG buses in Brisbane.

Andrew Aitken, Associate

Andrew is a senior built environment professional specialising in sustainability and energy. He offers a unique blend of skills including building services, alternative energy, energy efficiency and carbon management. Andrew’s achievements include shaping Green Star with the Green Building Council of Australia and establishing Livable Housing Australia and working at a global level to establish common carbon metrics for the buildings sector.

Oliver Mitchell, Senior Consultant

Oliver is an infrastructure sustainability and environmental professional, highly capable quantitative analyst and seasoned field ecologist. He works closely with design and construction teams across multiple disciplines to lead and coordinate implementation of sustainability on major projects. Oliver’s achievements include three ISCA rating submissions—two now certified as ‘Excellent’ with 69 and 59 points respectively.

Regina Sandurski, Senior Consultant

Regina is an infrastructure sustainability and environmental professional, knowledgeable about legislation and experienced with large project environmental management. Regina joined Losee Consulting from the Department of Transport and Main Roads where her achievements included contributing to the ISCA rating on Gateway Upgrade North, participating as an embedded team member on Moreton Bay Rail and developing policy frameworks.

Emma Tuckwell, Office Manager

Emma is an administrative professional, experienced in customer service. She manages the business’ finances, administration and procurement, and she supports projects and contributes to marketing. Emma studied business management at the University of Queensland.
